Vitroff - is professional software designed to manage the orders of small translation agencies employing up to 10 people and supports an unlimited number of freelancers. TabsTabs make working with orders, customers, interpreters, fees, and price lists easy. More about the tabs:OrdersThe manager is able to see a list of recent orders and make changes from the default settings. The orders can be assigned automatically or manually. Emails are generated from existing templates based on the status of the project manager's current orders. Customers' and users' information can be accessed directly from the list of orders by clicking on the corresponding name.

ClientsThe manager is able to view a list of all customers and statistical information about their orders (the total number of orders and the total number of words). The manager can edit the data of existing customers and add information to the new customer database.

TranslatorsThe manager has the ability to view existing translators' information and add new translators to the database. Information includes: the translator's name, his/her language pair, the quantity of translations processed, and total earnings.

LanguagesThe Language page enables the manager to view a list of all language pairs translated by the agency. There are complete statistics for each language pair: the total number of interpreters, purchase orders, the words and the total revenue for the pair. Also, the manager can add, change and/or remove a language pair from the list.

Email templatesThe manager has the ability to view, modify, and expand the list of email templates.
